Clay (School Buff) 12.5kg Bag

School natural clay in Buff colour. 12.5kg resealable bag. Dries naturally in the air and can be easily painted.  Buff becomes a mid to light greyish colour.  In a kiln it will dry to a buff colour.  Excellent clay for young children as it is smooth in texture and dries slowly which gives more working time.  No added fibres.

This 12.5 KG bag will easily do a class of 25 – 30 children. Each child will get 400 – 500g of clay which is enough for a small project, coil pot, pinch pot or clay tile. Use a wire clay cutter to cut the clay evenly and cleanly, and use modelling tools to add texture and details..
