Outliner is used to create a raised line on the glass or ceramic surface. Your pattern may be drawn with the outliner and when dry the glass paints are used to fill in the colour. Cern outliner may be baked in a domestic oven to increase durability, along with Glass & tile paint Opaque and Transparent. Vitrail NOT suitable to be baked.
